Welcome to AJ Software! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our office automation tools and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

1.1 "User" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses our Services. 

1.2 "Account" refers to the User's registered account to access the Services. 

1.3 "Content" refers to any data, information, or material that is uploaded, downloaded, or appears on the Services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To use our Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information. 

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your Account.

3. Use of Services

3.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 

3.2 You shall not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Infringe on the rights of others.

• Distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful components. 

3.3 AJ Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any conduct that AJ Software deems to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). 

4.2 You must provide accurate and complete billing information including a valid credit card or other payment method information. 

4.3 If automatic billing fails to occur, AJ Software will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by AJ Software or its licensors. 

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

6. Privacy

6.1 Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [Privacy Policy].

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services;

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 AJ Software reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. 

8.2 Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Korea], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
